Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 75.15 pnts down at 10,765.5, while the BSE Sensex was trading 241.10 pnts down at 36,322.78.
In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Asian Paints, Bharti Airtel, Maruti Suzuki, and Britannia Industries stood among the top gainers on the NSE. However, YES Bank, IndusInd Bank and Tata SteelZee Entertainment, ICICI Bank, remained among the top losers.
