Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Agro Phos India, Bajaj Finserv NSE 0.15 percent, Balrampur Chini Mills, HDFC, IIFL Securities NSE 5.00 percent, Parabolic Drugs, Uttam Value Steels and Visesh Infotecnics.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 8.05 pnts up at 12173.05 while the BSE Sensex was trading 49.52 pnts up at 41,401.69.
In the Nifty 50 index, Wipro, JSW Steel, M&M, TCS and Tata Motors were among the top gainers today.
While GAIL, Zee Ent., HUL, SBI and YES Bank were trading Negative.
